Posters board will be provided by the Organizing Committee and placed in the Meeting Room. A POxx number will be assigned to your contribution and listed in the Book of Abstract for identification and location of your poster board. The time for setting up the posters is no later than 15 minutes in advance of the first poster session. Poster sessions have been scheduled daily during the coffee breaks along the three days of the Meeting. However, posters can be exposed during the three days of the Meeting.The presence of the presenting author is required at least during the first coffee break.
It may be advisable to have additional copies of your poster or papers for distribution among those interested in your work. Please, note these material has to bee prepared in advance and that the Organizing Committee does not provide reproductive of graphic facilities. It may be helpful to have at hand a tablet of sketch paper and drawing material to assist you in the discussion of your work. Writing on the poster board is strongly discouraged.
Instructions for Preparation of the Poster
- The dimensions of the poster panels are: 90 cm (width) x 180 cm. (height). Affixing material is available for hanging the posters.
- Please prepare your poster on one sheet or on several smaller sheets.
- Title and authors must be the same as stated on the submitted abstract. An abstract (less than 300 words at the upper left corner) is advisable.
- Text, illustrations, etc should be large enough to be read from a distance of one meters.
- A Word template for the submision of your contribution and its inclusion in the Book of Abstracts can be downloaded here.
